Parsons, Tennessee
About half way between Nashville and Memphis in western Tennessee, Parsons started out as a railroad town and today is just a speck in the road along the majestic Tennessee River. It is a very rural place, but it has enough retailers for most needs (hardware store, banks, hair salon, eateries, etc.) and an active community theater. Most homes are tucked in the woods. Nashville and Memphis are each both about 90 minutes away via Interstate 40.
