North Topsail Beach, North Carolina Beachfront Home for Sale
2264 New River Inlet Road, Unit 308, North Topsail Beach, North Carolina 28460
At the northern end of Topsail Island off the southern North Carolina shore, North Topsail Beach is the site of this oceanfront condominium for sale. It has one bedroom, one bath, 532 square feet and is in an eight-building community called Topsail Reef that is literally on the beach and 50 feet from the water. Built in 1980, the home has an asking price of $190,000.
Each of the buildings is a different color; this one is blue with white covered balconies. This home is on the third floor and has an exterior entrance.
Inside the unit, the floors are blond wood, and the living area walls are white. The kitchen cabinetry matches the wood floor, and the appliances (stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge) are stainless steel and black. The granite countertops are also black.
The upgraded bath has a soaking tub with a sliding glass door. Tan walls and a ceiling fan are in the cute bedroom. Ocean views from the balcony are sweeping and unobstructed.
It should be noted that community balconies are undergoing renovation at this time and that sandbags sit around the property because it is that close to the water. The unit is being sold furnished.
The HOA fee is $463 per month.

North Topsail Beach, North Carolina
North Topsail Beach is a town on a 26-mile-long barrier island called Topsail Island off the southern North Carolina coast. The name comes from early merchant vessels hoping to avoid pirate ships by spotting the tops of their sails peeking above the island dunes. Today, Topsail Island is known for its long, pristine white sand beaches, maritime forests and sea turtles.
One of three towns on the island (the other two are Topsail Beach and Surf City), North Topsail Beach, so named because it sits at the northern end of the island, has about 750 year-round residents and 12 miles of its own beautiful beaches.
A few retailers, including a couple of markets, a surf shop and some clothing stores, sit along Anderson Boulevard, which runs the length of the island. The mainland is accessbible via two bridges, and in the summer, enough tourists come to visit that the island population swells to 8,000 people. Even so, the beaches are rarely crowded.
