Ruskin, Florida Riverfront Home for Sale
1622 Susie Circle, #31, Ruskin, Florida 33570
------------------
Ruskin sits on Florida's Gulf Coast and is the setting for this modest but cute riverfront single family manufactured home for sale. It has one bedroom, one bath and 672 square feet. The residence is in a humble community called Riverside that has manufactured homes, some park models and a few tiny homes. Constructed in 1988, the residence has an asking price of $48,900.
The exterior has yellow and brown aluminum siding with white trim, a little white front porch and leafy vegetation. Central air conditioning was installed in 2021.
Inside, the floor is wood laminate, and the walls are white. Windows are all around, including a nice bay window in the blue and white dining area.
The attractive, update kitchen has a pass-through window, white cabinets, white appliances, brown countertops, blue walls and a white subway tile backsplash with blue accent tile. In the bedroom is a window, and in the bath are a shower and tub.
The screened porch at the back of the house has an exterior door and is about 10 feet from the water and next to one of the nearly dozen community boat docks. The river feeds into Tampa Bay, which flows into the Gulf of Mexico.
Riverside is relatively pet-friendly (one small pet allowed) and has laundry facilities.
The lot fee is $560 per month and includes cable TV and internet.

Ruskin, Florida:
Next to Tampa Bay on the southwestern Florida coast, Ruskin is a laid back, "country" town amid inlets and islets. The Little Manatee River meanders along the south side of town and is a good spot for fishing. The Cockroach Aquatic Bay Preserve has 4,800 acres of protected wetlands, and two more protected natural areas are nearby.
Locals enjoy numerous festivals, including the Seafood and Arts Festival and the Tomato Festival. There is no local public beach, so beach lovers travel about 30 miles to St. Pete Beach for its beautiful oceanfront sands.
