The exterior is white with a blue front door, blue awnings and an attached car port. Flowers in colorful pots and mature vegetation line the sides of the home.

Inside, the property is a little cluttered, but the walls are white; the floor is tan tile and the ceilings are slightly vaulted. The kitchen features three windows, wood cabinetry, black countertops and new stainless steel and black appliances.

The bedroom has two small windows and blue walls. A walk-in shower is in the bath. A laundry area has a new washer and dryer.

At the back of the property is a screened-in patio and a deck next to the water, which offers access to Cockroach Bay, Tampa Bay and the open ocean.

Furnishings (bed, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, maybe more) are included in the sale. Most walls could use some new paint.

Hawaiian Isles RV Resort amenities include an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a spa, two recreation centers, shuffleball courts and planned events. Pets are welcome with some restrictions.

The lot fee is $540 per month and covers water/sewer, trash, lawn care and amenities' upkeep.

Ruskin, Florida:

Next to Tampa Bay on the southwestern Florida coast, Ruskin is a laid back, "country" town amid inlets and islets. The Little Manatee River meanders along the south side of town and is a good spot for fishing. The Cockroach Aquatic Bay Preserve has 4,800 acres of protected wetlands, and two more protected natural areas are nearby.

Locals enjoy numerous festivals, including the Seafood and Arts Festival and the Tomato Festival. There is no local public beach, so beach lovers travel about 30 miles to St. Pete Beach for its beautiful oceanfront sands.
