Daytona Beach Shores, Florida Oceanside Home for Sale
1909 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 415, Daytona Beach Shores, Florida 32118
------------------
On Florida's northeastern coast, Daytona Beach Shores (not to be confused with Daytona Beach) is the locale of this cozy oceanfront condominium for sale. In a tall, orange beachside building called Oceanside Inn, it is a studio unit with one bath, 403 square feet and was built in 1973. The asking price is $135,000.
This is a furnished home on the fourth floor and directly faces the ocean. The beach is about 50 feet away.
Inside, the walls are pale blue and white; the floor is vinyl wood planking, and the ceiling is white. Ceiling to floor windows at the end of the living area/sleeping area boast incredible views of water, sand and sky.
The kitchenette features wood cabinetry, pinkish laminate countertops and a refrigerator and microwave. The bath has tile flooring and a shower/tub. Laundry facilities are downstairs.
The Inn has undergone renovation in 2022 and now has a sleek, modern lobby, an oceanside swimming pool, a tiki bar/eatery and a fitness center. An assessment was levied to pay for the renovation and upgrades, but the seller is covering that amount.
The HOA fee is $432 per month.

Daytona Beach Shores, Florida:
Daytona Beach Shores (population 5,200) sits just to the south of lively Daytona Beach on Florida's northeastern coast and is quieter and more affluent than its northern neighbor. It also has a more mature population, fewer hotels and is attractive to vacationing families rather than to Spring Breakers.
However, the similarity between the two towns is the beach, which is long and white. Cars are allowed on the sand, as are bonfires by permit as long as it is not sea turtle nesting season. The city maintains the dunes and works to protect the natural habitat.
The community center offers classes, social activities and free concerts. Locals also enjoy manicured parks, tennis courts, a dog park and pickleball courts. Sunglow Pier is perfect for fishing or catching a bite to eat at Crabby Joe's Seafood Restaurant.
Nearly 80% of locals live in a tall oceanside condominium.
