In West Port Angeles, Ocean View is a small 55+ community perched on an open piece of land overlooking the Straits of Juan de Fuca. It has a couple of roads and about 20 park models/tiny homes on spacious lots. The community is managed by Peninsula Investments, LLC.

Most of the homes are fairly new and have around 400 square feet. Exteriors are blue, red, gold and other bold colors. Some properties have a loft. A few have a front porch. All feature large windows facing the sea. The unobstructed water views are extraordinary.

Interiors vary from residence to residence, but vinyl plank flooring, a modern kitchen, a walk-in shower, trendy paint colors and a washer and dryer are fairly standard. Mailboxes are at the community entrance.
