SunRiver is a large 55+ community on the outskirts of pretty St. George in southern Utah. Building started in 1998 and continues today. At completion, the community should have 2,300 single family homes (and villas are slated to open this year).
Properties come in 20 or more floor plans and feature Mediterranean architecture with a stucco exterior and a tile roof. Sizes range from 1,008 square feet to 3,184 square, and each home has an attached two or three car garage.
