All homes have an attached garage, a covered lanai and a first floor master suite. Custom options might include a second floor.

New home prices start in the low-$400,000s, but please verify this with a Realor or Kolter Homes as prices may change. The monthly HOA fee $249 for most homes.

Cresswind Charleston has its own beautiful clubhouse with bocce ball courts, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, as well as an event lawn. Residents of Cresswind may also avail themselves of the village center and the historic, restored farmhouse, which serves as the primary amenity center for the entire community.
