At build out, the community will have 650 residences along tree lined streets, and prospective home buyers can chose from nine home collections. Floorplans range from 1,454 to 2,547 square feet. All homes have an attached garage, a covered lanai and a first floor master suite. Custom options might include a second floor.

New home prices start in the low-$400,000s, but please verify this with a Realor or Kolter Homes as prices may change. The monthly HOA fee $249 for most homes.

Cresswind Charleston has its own beautiful clubhouse with bocce ball courts, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, as well as an event lawn. Residents of Cresswind may also avail themselves of the village center and the historic, restored farmhouse, which serves as the primary amenity center for the entire community. Two pool houses and a picnic pavilion surround it.

The Ponds also has an onsite YMCA, an outdoor amphitheater, two ponds, a 20-acre lake and an extensive network of trails. The award winning Ponds Conservancy, a particular point of pride, hosts educational and cultural events.
