Pilot Butte Village is a cozy, gated 55+ community nestled amid tall pine trees in east central Bend, Oregon. It sits on seven acres and has 40 duplexes and fourplexes for lease.
The community was built in 1997, and today about 70 people live here. Some homes have a single level while others have two stories. Most floor plans have approximately 1,000 square feet to 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two to two and a half baths. The Portland Trail Blazers represent the state in the National Basketball League and play in the Rose Garden. That is the only professional team while there are many different minor league and collegiate teams that proudly represent the state. One of the most notable teams is the University of Oregon Ducks.
