The all ages development of Power Ranch is just outside of Phoenix in southern Arizona. Construction began in 2000. At buildout, the community should cover 2,284 acres and contain 11 neighborhoods, 7,400 homes and 240 acres of open space. Trilogy is a nice, gated 55+ neighborhood within Power Ranch.
The approximately 2,000 Trilogy single family homes were built by Shea Homes from 1999 to 2008. Open floor plans are standard and range in size from 1,140 square feet to more than 3,000 square feet. All residences are single story and feature Mediterranean architecture with a stucco exterior and a red tile roof. The attached two car garage faces the street. Drought-resistant landscaping primarily consists of decorative rocks, bushes, cacti and short trees.
