La Quinta, California

Along the foothills of the Santa Rosa Mountains in south central California, the pretty desert resort town of La Quinta makes its home.   It has been booming and is known for its breathtaking mountains views and the world-famous PGA West golf complex.

An Attractive 55+ Community in La Quinta, California

Just across the street from the Rancho La Quinta Golf Club in La Quinta, California, Watercolors is an attractive, gated 55+ single family home community. It is also a moderate-income development, open to people who live in La Quinta full time, do not own other real estate and meet certain income restrictions.

Temecula, California

This beautiful, racially diverse city sits amid rolling vineyards in the heart of Southern California's wine country, roughly 80 miles southeast of Los Angeles. Its history dates to the Temeekuyam Indians and to Spanish Colonial settlers, and today it is growing very fast. Most residents love this town.

Castle Rock, Colorado

Castle Rock is nestled in grassy rolling hills and under a massive sky about 30 miles south of Colorado's capital city of Denver. It is 15 miles east of the Rocky Mountain foothills and has sweeping plains and mountain views to the west and southwest, including that of majestic Pikes Peak.

Palmer Lake, Colorado

Incorporated in 1889 and 7,277 feet above sea level, darling Palmer Lake is tucked against the Rocky Mountain foothills and the Pike National Forest in central Colorado.   It has been a railroad hub, a summer resort, a gold mining town and a ranching community.  Today, it exudes a funky mountain vibe and affords beautiful views of the neighboring hills and rolling prairie (much of which are covered in houses).
